Welcome to the Job Seeker Registration Site.

Your registration will give you access to the in-person and online Career Fairs on Friday, February 14 and Saturday, February 15, 2025. Both the in-person and online career fairs are held on Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST. A name badge is required to gain access to the Career Fair in person. Register below to order your name badge.

If you are a recruiter or company volunteer, please do not complete this registration. Your company's point of contact will reach out with your registration information accordingly. This form is not intended for use by recruiters.

Attendee Cancelation
Unless otherwise specified during the Event’s registration process, you may cancel your registration at any time. If you cancel your registration at least 30 days before the Event start date, you will be entitled to a refund of your registration fees minus a processing fee of $200 or the value of your registration, whichever is lower.

Regrettably, Career Communications Group, Inc. cannot issue refunds for cancelations made less than 30 days prior to the Event start date or for non-attendance at the Event. All cancelations must be sent via email to Registrar@ccgmag.com and marked for the attention of Customer Services. The email must be received by Career Communications Group, Inc. You acknowledge that a refund of your fees or a portion thereof in accordance with this policy is your sole remedy for any cancelation of your registration by you, and all other liabilities are expressly excluded.
 

Photography and Recording at the Event
All unauthorized photography and/or the recording or transmitting of audio or visual material, data or information is expressly prohibited without written consent. You consent to Career Communications Group, Inc. undertaking multimedia recording of the Event which may include your participation in the Event as an attendee (the “Content”) and you consent to the use by Career Communications Group, Inc. of any such recording anywhere in the world for promotional, marketing and other purposes. You acknowledge and agree that Career Communications Group, Inc. is the exclusive owner of all rights in the Content and hereby waive any and all: (a) rights in and to such Content, and (b) claims that you may have relating to or arising from the Content or its use. Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree to the use of your contact information to receive messages about offerings by Career Communications Group, Inc., its brands, affiliates and/or third-party partners, consistent with Career Communications Group, Inc. privacy policy in effect at the time of this registration.
