College students can register here. Please note that student attendance at the 2024 BEYA STEM DTX Conference will be in-person and online. This pass will include access to ALL activities on BEYA World I and BEYA World II.
Media
Please register here if you are from the press. This pass can also be used by photographers representing our partners. It will grant you media access to general conference events. It does not grant you access to "invite only" or private events. This pass does not include meals at marquee events where food is being served (Technology Recognition Event, Stars & Stripes Event, and HBCU Engineering Deans' Recognition Event).

Cancelation Policy
All cancelations and refund requests must be received in writing by February 2, 2024. Refunds will not be issued for cancelations made after this date regardless of the registration date; this includes no-shows. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of notification, and a $100 processing fee will be deducted. Substitutions from the same company will be accepted in writing without penalty. Simply send your request to registrar@ccgmag.com before the refund deadline.
