THE BEYA STEM CONFERENCE

The BEYA STEM Community of over 10,000 strong serves K-12 students, college students, corporate, government, and military professionals, and STEM employers with three (3) days of learning, networking, celebrating excellence, and showcasing career opportunities.

Career Communications Group (CCG) is at the forefront of redefining how we gather to network, learn, recognize, and recruit talent. This year’s BEYA STEM Conference will be available in-person and online. We call this the digital twin experience (DTX), which offers attendees options to blend the in-person and digital experience in ways unique to their needs. Whether you attend in-person or online, you will share the same experience. BEYA37 will continue to leverage several technologies to bring the digital twin of the BEYA experience to the STEM community on its platform and in-person at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, MD.

BEYA In-Person

The in-person experience will feature seminars, recognition events, recruiting, and networking opportunities. To experience BEYA37 to its fullest, we strongly recommend that you bring a tablet or laptop for the education sessions.

BEYA World I

BEYA World I is the central hub. It will feature BEYA Central, which will be open to the public. BEYA Central houses The Historically Black Colleges and University (HBCU) Village, which features the fifteen (15) ABET Accredited Engineering schools, the BEYA Hall of Fame, and conference information. Registered attendees will have gated access to all recognition events, networking, seminars, training workshops, and the STEMulating Lounge, which will feature entertainment activities. Attendees can register to access BEYA World I via a one-day pass or an all-access pass. These passes will also allow you to move between the BEYA Worlds.

BEYA World II

BEYA World II is the center for STEM recruitment and pipeline development. BEYA World II gives you access to recruiters at the online career fair. BEYA World II hosts the Exhibit Hall and Interview Village. BEYA World II is open to the BEYA Community and their families at no cost.

Technology Requirements

The BEYA World I platform is a customized product built for CCG with advanced features to support our awards programs and education sessions. The BEYA World II platform provider is vFairs, a leading virtual events platform. Our BEYA worlds support Zoom and other Zoom-like tools for webinars and other video-conferencing activities.
