Students attending the conference with a conference coordinator will be given promotion codes to access registration without a fee. If you are a coordinator registering a group of students, please use a unique email address for every student attendee. NOTE- Zone 4 requires a coordinator.

Students registering on their own should select the Local A fee or navigate to the Job Seeker registration portal to attend the career fair only.

Registration Fees

Residential fees include a two-night hotel stay quad occupancy. Travel arrangements by bus is included in some cases. Zone 4 students must provide their own transportation. Fees below are the discounted fees for group travel. Students traveling on their own pay $450 plus travel and hotel.

1 Each group coordinator is assigned a limited amount of tickets to the HBCU Engineering Deans' Breakfast and the BEYA Gala for distribution. Registration includes dinner on Friday and Lunch on Saturday. Our Open Seating Policy makes unused seats available to students 15 minutes after the program begins.
2 This registration level allows access to the seminars and workshops (except Jobs Readiness Certification) and the career fair on both days.
 

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing by January 31, 2020. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this date regardless of the registration date; this includes no-shows. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of notification, and a $100 processing fee will be deducted. Substitutions from the same company will be accepted in writing without penalty. Simply send your request to registrar@ccgmag.combefore the refund deadline.
