Please note that at this time, the Technology Recognition Lunch and HBCU Engineering Deans' Breakfast are sold out. As a result, we are no longer selling the full conference registration or the one-day Friday pass.

If you intend to attend the conference and the BEYA Gala, please register using our Flexible Registration option and purchase a ticket for the BEYA Gala.

Registration is located at the Marriott Convention Registration Area – Lobby Level

Thursday, February 13 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Friday, February 14 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, February 15 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.


Events Admission

- All conference events require a badge or ticket to gain entrance. There is an open seat policy that releases all seats after 20 minutes to students holding a student name badge.


- Access to all registration sessions will be restricted to attendees who have signed up to attend via name badge barcode.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing by January 31, 2020. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this date regardless of the registration date; this includes no-shows. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of notification, and a $100 processing fee will be deducted. Substitutions from the same company will be accepted in writing without penalty. Simply send your request to registrar@ccgmag.com before the refund deadline.
