Students at the BEYA STEM Conference

The BEYA STEM Conference has opportunities for students of all ages:

• BEYA Pre-College Program: Unique programs for younger conference attendees are available from organizations such as the Maryland Mathematics, Engineering and Science Achievement Program, the Philadelphia Independent School District, Granville Academy, Patriots Technology Training Center and others. Middle and high school students can explore future careers in STEM professions throughout the conference by testing their skills and joining peers in STEM learning activities.

• Development Institute for Emerging Leaders at BEYA: The BEYA STEM Conference aims to offer a forum where high-achieving, goal-oriented students majoring in STEM disciplines can learn and connect with career coaches because college students are more likely to reach their STEM-related career goals with a strong mentor. Through the Development Institute for Emerging Leaders, or "DIEL," students get answers to their questions about life in the world of work from expert professionals.

• Advanced Education: The two-day BEYA STEM Conference Career Fair includes representatives from STEM-related education programs nationwide. It's a great place to explore opportunities for undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
