Email confirmation of your online registration will be sent immediately upon receipt of registration. Please provide a unique/personal email address to receive the correct correspondence related to your registration.
Badges will not be mailed in advance of CI2019, but you will receive a badge confirmation email a few days before the show that displays how your badge will appear when printed. You may make any changes to your badge by logging in to the Attendee Service Center with your Username and Password provided in your confirmation. Badges may not be shared between employees.
Campus Management will refund registration fees, less a $15 administrative fee, for written requests received on or before Friday, March 1, 2019. It is not possible to honor refund requests received after that date. Transfer of passes will be accepted with written request until on-site at Rosen Shingle Creek.
If you require special accommodations or assistance during your stay, please check the "Special Services" box on the registration form and indicate your needs or contact Danielle Valderrama at firstname.lastname@example.org in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made. Motorized devices must be reserved in advance with the facility and separate fees will apply.
Sponsors can register booth personnel within the Sponsor Service Center using their user name and password once the sponsorship package has been purchased.
