Webinars will also focus on what new features have been delivered in the solution, what is planned on the roadmap for the next year, how to leverage the integration with WealthEngine, and much more. Managing the Student & Academic Enterprise
Sessions in the Managing the Student & Academic Enterprise Track provide information for professionals of all levels serving in the registrar, academic, academic/support services, and student success/retention and student services offices. Participants will learn what is new within the solution and what is planned on the roadmap. Many clients, as well as Campus Management product experts, will present tips and tricks sessions, the use of CampusNexus® features, and the delivery of the new data warehouse and analytic options to help manage academics and gain the best ROI with the solution.
Financial Aid, Stewardship and Compliance
This track provides you with key information in the areas of Financial Aid, Regulatory, and Student Accounts. This year’s sessions include an overview of the solution roadmap, an update on regulatory and compliance issues, and many client-led sessions focusing on Financial Aid Automated Packaging, Exception Handling and Resolution and more to attain better insight and improved tools for your institution to empower the success of your students and employees.
Finance, HR and Payroll Management
The Finance, HR and Payroll Management Track provides information for key administrators in multiple offices on campus. The sessions this year provide an overview of features in Campus Management’s software, including demonstrations, functional and technical information of the CampusNexus® Finance, HR & Payroll solution. As part of this track, clients may schedule individual appointments with the Product Managers.
Technology, Innovation & Strategy
The Technology, Innovation & Strategy track provides a broad spectrum of technology and strategic planning topics for professionals working in any area of IT. Attendees will hear from client institutions on their innovative uses of Campus Management solutions, as well as updates on the technology roadmap, including new reporting technologies related to our data services and Power BI. Additionally this year, participants will find value in learning about the CampusNexus® architecture, including looking at the technologies that is driving the new web client capabilities.
Managing Constituent Relationships with CampusNexus CRM
The sessions in this track are designed for all professionals using the CampusNexus® CRM solution, as well as those interested in learning more about the new engagement platform being developed in partnership with Microsoft. Topics focus on strategies to enhance institutional communications and relationship management and the technical aspects of how the solution will support those strategies. The sessions assume a working knowledge of constituent relationship management, and focus on actual client use of the solution, practical tips and techniques to accomplish your institution's desired outcomes.
The Engagement Platform of the Future

The sessions within this track will introduce customers to the new engagement platform being built and delivered in partnership between Campus Management and Microsoft. Effective utilization of Radius begins with a solid understanding of the system’s building blocks – data architecture, marketing, application management and reporting. This track will cover how to use those blocks to build effective relationships within the CRM. Radius by Campus Management is a powerful, highly customizable tool that helps institutions manage their admissions processes. Participants will learn ways to define business objectives relevant to your institution and learn how to measure against them with a set of quantifiable outcomes.
