Planning your first exhibit can be overwhelming. Get to know the Sponsor Service Center, as this is your portal to all things CI2018. We recommend you read & take advantage of the e-blasts we send outlining various deadlines prior to the show. There will also be a checklist posted as action items become available. We're here to answer any additional questions you may have along the way.


    • The receiving area at the Rosen Shingle Creek is open from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday and 8:00 am - 2:00 pm Saturday and closed on Sunday.

    • Charges for all incoming materials will be assessed and charged at a rate $0.75 per pound. Pallets will be charged at the same rate with a maximum charge weight of 400 pounds for each pallet received. Storage for boxes received more than 5 days prior to the group's (or recipient's) arrival, an additional charge of $5 per box per day, and $50 per pallet per day will be incurred. For shipping out, pre labeled packages will be charged at a rate of $10 per box, $15 per plastic container and $100 per pallet.

    • Regarding ship out, guests will need to fill out an internal shipping form as well as label packages prior to the Rosen Shingle Creek team picking them up. Each exhibitor will need to call to have the packages delivered to their booth individually and same for pickup.
