Exhibit Sales Form
- Receive a special Inaugural Discount of 20% when you reserve a booth space prior to July 15, 2013. A deposit of $500 (per 10x10 booth) is required to hold a space.
- Exhibit space cancelled prior to August 15, 2013 will receive a full refund.
- Exhibit space cancelled between August 15, 2013 and September 15, 2013 will receive a refund of any money paid in excess of the deposit fee.
- The full payment for Exhibit space is required by September 15, 2013. An application for booth space after September 15, 2013 must be accompanied by the full payment.
- Exhibit space that is cancelled or downsized after September 15, 2013 will not be eligible for a refund and will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee.
