Welcome to Online Attendee Registration for ATSSA's 56th Annual Convention & Traffic Expo!

Save Money! Reserve your hotel(s) within ATSSA's official room block to qualify for the Discounted Registration Rates. You will receive a Hotel Reservation Confirmation Number when you reserve your housing. Be sure to use this number when registering for the event to take advantage of the discounted registration rate. Book your housing before the room block fills up.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
  • All cancellation requests must be in writing. 
  • Phone requests will NOT be accepted. No-shows are not refundable. 
  • Refunds/Cancellation Fee: Requests for Conference exhibit, sponsorship and registration fee refunds or substitutions must be received at least 30 days prior to the event and are subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of 10% of your total amount, this fee applies to refunds not substitutions. All fees are nonrefundable if less than 30 days before the event. 
  • If ATSSA is prevented from carrying out its obligations as it pertains to the Conference you registered for as a result of any cause beyond its control, or such Conference cannot be virtually conducted because of a software or issue with the hosting platform or due to acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, government requisitions, restrictions or war or apparent act of war, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, curtailment or restriction on transportation facilities, or any other comparable calamity, casualty or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”) ATSSA shall have the right to immediately terminate the affected Event without liability and shall be relieved of its obligations to Registrant. If the affected event is terminated due to a Force Majeure occurrence before the first day of the event, then ATSSA will reschedule the affected event and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled Conference.
MEMBERSHIP POLICY 
You do not have to be an ATSSA member to attend ATSSA's Convention & Traffic Expo. However, you will save money on both your Convention registration and your membership fees if you join today! Call 540-368-1701 and ask for the Member Engagement department for complete details.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY 
Registration substitutions are permitted prior to the Convention and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations, (any balance due) associated with that substitution, as well as updating any contact information. 

Badge sharing and splitting are strictly prohibited. If a badge reprint is needed, a $40 fee applies.
