Review Criteria
Thank you for participating in the 2023 Public Agency Scholarship application process. Our goal is to select two public agency scholarship recipients per state, with the caveat that different considerations will apply if the applicant may already be a speaker or an active committee member. In this instance, that individual will automatically be selected.

You will have the opportunity to read through each application and then rate that applicant on a 1-5 scale. (1 = do not recommend / 5 = highly recommend)
In addition, you can provide constructive comments that will assist in the overall review process.

Please take into consideration the criteria below when reviewing each application:

Membership status
Past scholarship recipients
Are they a key decision maker within their agency
Do they work in traffic safety/work zones
