Hear from the top competitors who have emerged from the nationwide Traffic Control Device (TCD) Challenge! The TCD Challenge is geared toward high school, college, and university students with an interest in transportation and an understanding of traffic control devices. The challenge was created in partnership between the joint Transportation Research Board and ATSSA with a goal of promoting innovation to stimulate ideas regarding traffic control devices with a goal to improve safety on the nation’s roadways. This year’s problem statement is “Innovative Traffic Control Device Strategies for Speed Management on Limited Access Freeways.” Be sure to check out our future safety leaders!
