ACOI Call for Solutions

Welcome!

ATSSA’s 49th Annual Convention & Traffic Expo is the premier event for roadway safety professionals and transportation officials from across the U.S. and around the globe. The convention brings together business leaders, government officials, subcontractors, manufacturers, corporate roadway department personnel, and all disciplines involved in nearly every aspect of roadway safety.

Each year, our community gathers to learn, network, and discover the latest industry best practices to improve roadway safety. ATSSA’s Annual Convention & Traffic Expo is viewed as a must-attend conference to stay current on trends and industry advancements, to access new products and technologies, and to stay abreast of legislative priorities and regulatory changes.

This meeting of the minds brings in over 3,500 roadway safety professionals, and more than 200 exhibiting companies - all seeking to advance their own professional development and separate themselves from the competition.

ATSSA invites you to contribute to the 2019 Annual Convention & Traffic Expo by submitting a presentation for ATSSA's Circle of Innovation, Solutions Edition. The ATSSA Circle of Innovation is a unique venue for state departments of transportation (DOT) roadway and safety engineers to present their unmet needs, innovations and ideas to ATSSA's Traffic Expo exhibitors, manufacturers and suppliers in a vibrant, theater-style setting. Over 100 state DOT officials will be attending this event. New for 2019, ATSSA’s Circle of Innovation will focus on the solutions that DOTs have implemented to improve safety.

This year we are asking for DOT representatives from around the country to present a case study that shows effective solutions to safety issues highlighted in last year’s ATSSA's Circle of Innovation event.

Submissions are first-come, first-served with a maximum of two (2) five (5) minute presentations per topic, with 10 minutes designated for each topic. ATSSA will close topic submissions as slots fill up. Please note, presentations are for state or local agency representatives only. Presenters may however, reference products they have used, and where to find them on the show floor.
