The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality's (AHRQ’s) National Guideline Clearinghouse (NGC) was a frequently visited publicly available resource for objective information about evidence-based clinical practice guidelines. Funding cuts ended NGC. New funding may permit a relaunch of NGC; however, with advances in technology, standards (e.g., CPGonFHIR), informatics, ‘living guidelines’, and more, what should a New NGC be able to do, especially for its informatics and implementation audiences? Following presentations of the latest informatics research related to clinical practice guidelines, the audience will interact with the panelists to reimagine a New NGC repository for the digital future.
