Abstract Submission

Welcome to the ACRL 2023 Proposal Site! Please review the Proposal Elements before you begin and note the following:

  • Proposal selection for ACRL 2023 is an anonymous, peer-review process.  If you identify yourself or your institution in the descriptions, your proposal will not be considered.
  • In order to allow as many individuals as possible to participate as conference presenters, an individual may submit, or be included as a co-presenter on a maximum of two proposals for the spring submission deadline (June 3, 2022) and a maximum of two proposals for the fall submission deadline (October 14, 2022).
  • Individuals presenting remotely should select the Virtual Presentations format; all other session formats will be presented in-person in Pittsburgh.
  • You may save an incomplete proposal, and edit or add additional information before the submission deadline date.
  • It is your responsibility to make sure your proposal is fully completed. Proposals with significant incomplete information on the submission deadline date will not be considered.

ACRL 2023 presenters will be required to:

  • register for and attend the conference, either in-person or virtually, depending on session modality;
  • grant permission for recording and broadcast of presentation as part of the ACRL 2023 Virtual Conference;
  • participate in online speaker orientation;
  • assign ACRL first publication rights, as contributed papers will be published as part of the ACRL conference proceedings; contributed paper presenters must provide completed by the paper submission deadline date.
