Hotel & Travel

Which hotels are part of the conference block?
AAOE has negotiated room blocks at three hotels:

  • The Omni Louisville Hotel
  • The Galt House Hotel
  • The Hyatt Regency Louisville

Details—including rates and location —are available on the Travel page. To book your hotel at the conference room rate, you must first register for conference and the exclusive links will be available in your confirmation email.

Is transportation provided?
Transportation details vary by year. Airport info, parking rates, and local transit options will be posted on the Travel page and the final conference program when they become available. 


Schedule & Sessions

When will the full schedule be available?
The finalized schedule is located here: Full Session Schedule. Updates are made regularly.

Are sessions recorded?
Yes. Most sessions are recorded and included in the Conference Compendium, which all registered attendees receive.

How do I access recorded sessions if I’m not attending?
Non-attendees can purchase the recorded sessions/compendium through the LMS (Learning Management Center) on the AAOE website once available.

Are CEU credits offered?
Yes. CEU information—including eligible sessions and credit totals—will be posted on the Education pages once available, and available through the mobile app on-site.


On-Site Experience

Where do I check in?
Registration and badge pickup will be located near the main entrance of the conference venue. Event signage will direct you.

What is the dress code?
Business casual is standard. Comfortable footwear is recommended due to the size of the venue.

Are meals included?
Meal availability varies by day and is listed in the schedule. You may share dietary needs during registration.

Where can I find exhibitor deadlines and logistics?
All forms, shipping instructions, and deadlines are included in the Exhibitor Service Kits and the Bonebiz Newsletters provided to confirmed exhibitors. They are also available within the Exhibitor Service Center.


Accessibility & Accommodations

Do you offer accessibility accommodations?
Yes. AAOE supports ADA accommodations. Requests can be submitted during registration.

What if I didn’t receive my confirmation email?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact AAOE at info@aaoe.net and we’ll resend it.
