Charity Policy

The AAOE Annual Conference Council has chosen Boys and Girls Club of South Cicero as our charity for the 2022 Annual Conference.

Please see below for more information related to charity donations: 

• Any and all money donated goes directly to the charity 

• If AAOE is able to provide charity shirts, all registrants for the in-person conference who donate $25 or more will be contacted to provide their shirt size.

• Shirts are not guaranteed as part of this year’s charity donations 

• For any donation $25 or greater, a charity shirt will be provided 

• If you are submitting a donation of $25 or greater, please select your shirt size below for our reference

• If AAOE must pivot to a virtual conference at any point, a shirt will not be sent, and any money donated will be sent to the charity and will not be refundable 

Any donation made is final and no refunds will be given for charity items.
