Attendee Registration Changes and Cancellations
By submitting your Registration, you are confirming you have read and agree to AAOE Policies regarding this registration, refunds, and cancellations below:

Registration is transferable to another qualified individual if submitted in writing to info@aaoe.net until the start of the event.

Cancellations received on or before August 6, 2021, will be granted a refund less a $175 fee.

NO refunds will be issued after August 6, 2021 (12 weeks prior to the conference).
a. AAOE is committed to providing the best education and connections, whether that be in-person, hybrid or virtual. By completing this form, you verify that you understand AAOE has the right to pivot to a virtual event at any point based on the current rules, regulations and guidelines set forth by Dallas, (Dallas’s county), Texas, or the CDC, and any cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to August 6, 2021 to receive any refund. -
If AAOE must pivot the in-person conference to an all-virtual event within 60 days of the event start date, registrants for the in-person event will automatically transfer to the virtual event. Registrants may apply the difference between the registration fee for an in-person event and a virtual event to the following:

2022 Annual Conference.
a. Educational courses with AAOE.
b. 2022 membership.
c. Cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing to AAOE registration services at info@aaoe.net. -
Refund requests should be made in writing by the registrant or the credit card holder.

If original payment was by credit card, refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used.

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend (no shows).
