Compose Your World
Kai Kight, Innovative Keynote Speaker and Composer

Why do some people just play notes they are handed while others write new music in the world? In this captivating presentation, Kai Kight tackles this question, performs original music and shares the inspiring story of how he became an innovative composer in a field of conformity. His session will leave you feeling inspired to take your future into your own hands and bring your unique ideas forward.

As a classical violinist turned innovative composer, Kai Kight uses music as a metaphor to inspire individuals and organizations across the world to compose paths of imagination and fulfillment. Inspired by his own mother who, when diagnosed with cancer, revealed regrets of not bringing her ideas to the world, Kai is on a mission to spark a global mindset shift in which ingenuity is the norm, not the exception. In his emotionally powerful presentations, Kai performs mesmerizing original music and vulnerably shares stories from his own transformation as an artist. Kai translates these insights into takeaways that audiences can easily infuse into their own lives and work environments.

The Commitment Competency: What Leaders Must Say and Do to Get Employees to Care and Try
Joe Mull, Speaker and Author

What happens in the workplace when everyone is committed? Answer: effort, teamwork, innovation, and more. The most engaged and inspired employees don't get that way by chance. Research tells us that their commitment is triggered by a series of actions and interactions executed by their direct supervisors. In other words, commitment can’t be bought. It can only be earned by leaders who possess the knowledge, skills, and beliefs to engineer the kind of work environment that compels employees to give their all. Drawing on fresh research in employee engagement and workplace psychology, this dynamic, energizing presentation gives senior leaders and front line managers insight into what employees need from their bosses to be at their best, every day. Speaker and author Joe Mull, M.Ed, CSP outlines the kinds of interactions and environment leaders must engineer to cultivate commitment. Your audience will leave inspired and equipped to #bossbetter.
