When submitting your registration, you agree to the AAOE policies regarding registration, refunds, and cancellations as detailed below:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to AAOE registration services at info@aaoe.net.
Cancellations received on or before March 4, 2020, will be granted a refund less a $175 processing fee.
NO refunds or credits will be issued after March 4, 2020.
Refund requests should be made by the registrant or the credit card holder.
Refunds will be processed after the event.
If original payment was by credit card, refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used.
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend.
Registration is transferable to another qualified individual and should be submitted in writing to info@aaoe.net on or before March 4, 2020. No changes can be made after this date.
