Registration Changes and Cancellations
When submitting your registration, you agree to the AAOE policies regarding registration, refunds, and cancellations as detailed below:

- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to AAOE registration services at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Cancellations received on or before March 4, 2020, will be granted a refund less a $175 processing fee.
- NO refunds or credits will be issued after March 4, 2020.
- Refund requests should be made by the registrant or the credit card holder.
- Refunds will be processed after the event.
- If original payment was by credit card, refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used.
- Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend.
- Registration is transferable to another qualified individual and should be submitted in writing to email@example.com on or before March 4, 2020. No changes can be made after this date.
