• If you are an AAOE member, register using the email address we have as part of your membership record. This will help us expedite your request and verify any discounts for which you may be entitled.
• Discount available for groups of five or more attending from the same practice. Call AAOE for details at 800-247-9699.
• Learn more about our Speed Meetings Program. You may be eligible to earn FREE or discounted conference registration, and up to two nights of accommodations.
• Use the Justification Toolkit to help share the value of the conference with your Board or supervisor to justify your attendance.
• Sorry, but exhibiting company and vendor representatives are not eligible for attendee and guest registration rates.

Full Conference Registration

Full conference registration entitles you to attend all educational sessions, networking opportunities, social events, and general conference activities. Join or renew your AAOE membership for member rates.

Guest registrants will be permitted to attend the social events including the Opening Reception in the Exhibit Hall and the 50th Anniversary Celebration & Conference Party. Guest registration does not include access to educational sessions or the Exhibit Hall. Not available to vendors.
