Hotel Guest Room Reservation Policy

The official hotel for AAOE’s 2019 Annual Conference is the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center and AAOE has contracted a block of guest rooms at a special rate for attendees. For your convenience, a direct link to make guest room reservations is provided on the Hotel and Travel webpage of our conference website. AAOE does not recommend making reservations through other methods such as agents, websites, individuals, or other entities.

Please note the following prior to making a guest room reservation in the block contracted by AAOE for the Annual Conference:

• Hotel guest rooms in the AAOE block may be reserved by Annual Conference registrants only.
• Registrants may not reserve multiple rooms without corresponding conference registrations.
• Note that AAOE will regularly audit hotel reservations and conference registrations. Should a reservation not correspond with a conference registration, the guest will be contacted by AAOE via email to request registration for the conference within seven calendar days. After that time, any reservation without a corresponding conference registration will be cancelled from the block.
• A credit card valid through May 2019 is required for a hotel room reservation to be processed.
• Guests are responsible for review and adherence to all hotel policies and deadlines including cancellation.
• Guest rooms and rates are subject to availability.
