Changes and Cancellations

1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to AAOE registration services at info@aaoe.net.
2. Cancellations received on or before March 12, 2018, will be granted a refund less a $100 processing fee.
3. NO refunds or credits will be issued after March 12, 2018.
4. Refund requests should be made by the registrant or the credit card holder.
5. Refunds will be processed after the event.
6. If original payment was by credit card, refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used.
7. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend.
8. Registration is transferable to another qualified individual and should be submitted in writing to info@aaoe.net.
