* Note: Should you book outside of the NCBMP block the housing deposit is forfeited as a non-host hotel fee.

**  The Leadership Institute is a program upgrade.  You must be a FULL conference registrant to participate.  

 

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES  

  • Advance Registration must be received (not postmarked) in the NCBMP office by August 24, 2017
  • Regular registration must be received in the NCBMP office November 3, 2017.
  • Any registrations received after, November 3, 2017 will be considered as on-site registration and the on-site fee will apply.
  • No registrations will be processed without a completed registration form and the appropriate payment.
  • Registrations made with check will be processed upon receipt.
  • Your membership dues must be current in order to register for the conference.
  • NCBMP membership is individual and is not transferable. 
  • Registration substitution is not permitted with a non-member.
  • Registrants booking outside of the block are imposed a $250 Fee

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received before November 3, 2017 entitles the registrant to a refund, less a $150.00 service fee. 
Hotel Deposits are non Refundable.

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after November 4, 2017. 
All requests for refunds must be received in writing.
