All sponsorship opportunities include a 10’w x 10’d x 9’h self-contained booth space.
Each sponsorship level includes:
- One (1) 6’ draped table, two chairs, and a wastebasket
- Listing in the conference printed program
- Conference WiFi
Not included but available from the hotel:
- Electrical service
- Audiovisual equipment and/or support
- Pipe/drape and/or other special needs
These services are the financial and logistical responsibility of each Sponsor and may be requested through the Conference Hotel. All necessary forms and information will be included in the Sponsor Service Kit, which will be forwarded to you with your confirmation.
