Featuring success stories from Campus Management clients, this track is all about the measurable outcomes from institutions like yours. Join client leaders who will be sharing solutions to some of the most common business problems, as well as best practices, tips and tricks. Sessions range from new functionality information, to rolling out applications enterprise-wide, to configuring solutions based on an institution’s unique workflows and goals. Learn how these clients have maximized the utility and efficiency of Campus Management products at their institutions.

Technology, Innovation & Strategy

This track provides a broad spectrum of technology and strategic planning topics for professionals working in any area of IT. Attendees will hear from client institutions on their innovative uses of Campus Management solutions, as well as updates on the technology roadmap, including new reporting technologies related to our data services and Power BI. Additionally this year, participants will learn about the CampusNexus® architecture, including the new web client capabilities.

Driving Excellence from Your ERP: Budgets to Human Resources

This track provides an overview of CampusNexus Finance, HR & Payroll for key administrators across campus and includes demonstrations as well as functional and technical information. As part of this track, clients may schedule individual appointments with the product managers.

Managing the Student & Academic Enterprise

This track is intended for professionals of all levels serving in the registrar, academic, academic/support services, and student success/retention and student services offices. Participants will explore what’s new in CampusNexus as well as the product’s roadmap. Campus Management clients and product experts will present tips-and-tricks sessions, new CampusNexus features, and the delivery of the new data warehouse and analytic options to help manage academics and maximize ROI with the solution.

Financial Aid, Stewardship and Compliance for CampusNexus and Education Partner Customers

This track provides you with key information in the areas of financial aid, regulatory, and student accounts. This year’s sessions include an overview of the solution roadmap, an update on regulatory and compliance issues, and many client-led sessions focusing on financial aid automated packaging, exception handling and resolution and more to attain better insight and improved tools for your institution.

CampusNexus CRM: Manage Constituent Relationships

The sessions in this track are designed for all higher education professionals working with prospects, students, and alumni via CampusNexus CRM. It covers tips and tricks, best practices and functional information. Topics typically include campaigns, retention, system performance and security. There will be plenty of opportunities to contribute to the discussions as well, so come prepared to chime in!

CampusNexus Engage: A System of Intelligence

Higher Education has unique needs when it comes to constituent engagement, from the recruitment cycle through alumni relations. The sessions within this track will introduce customers to the new engagement platform delivered in partnership between Campus Management and Microsoft. Whether your goal is to increase new students, improve retention, or create lifelong relationships, our new lifecycle engagement platform will support your needs.

Radius & AppReview: From Prospect through Student

The sessions in this track are designed for all professionals using Radius by Campus Management’s CRM solution. Effective utilization of Radius begins with a solid understanding of the system’s building blocks – data architecture, marketing, application management and reporting. This track will cover how to use those blocks to build effective relationships within the CRM. Radius by Campus Management is a powerful, highly customizable tool that helps institutions manage their admissions processes. Participants will learn ways to define business objectives relevant to their institution and learn how to measure them against a set of quantifiable outcomes.

Connect, ApplyYourself and AppReview: Finding the Right Student

This track is intended for professionals of all levels serving in recruitment, admissions and enrollment management using the Connect CRM. Managing the CRM takes technical skill, strategic vision, and ongoing coordination. In this track, we will discuss the evaluating process for uncovering performance gaps and taking action for improvement.
