Cancellation/Refund Policy

Exhibitors may cancel or downsize their exhibit space and receive a full refund, less a $150 administrative fee, of all space payments on returned space providing that written notification of such cancellation or downsizing is received by the Society on or before January 31, 2014. In the event written notification of cancellation or downsizing is received between February 1 and March 17, Exhibitor shall be entitled to a refund of 50% of booth fees already paid. In the event written notice of cancellation is received by the Society between March 17 and May 26, Exhibitor shall be entitled to a refund of 10% of exhibit space fees already paid. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS OF EXHIBIT SPACE FEES FOR CANCELLATIONS OR DOWNSIZING THAT OCCURS AFTER MAY 26, 2014.
