Session Evaluations: To access your session evaluations - please go to http://data.express-evaluations.com/eval/36690/2012/main.php and enter your confirmation number. The password for every attendee is ahcancal (all lower case).

 

Session Handouts: Session handouts may still be accessed by going to http://www.eventscribe.com/2012/AHCANCAL. If there were any updates from speakers, they would be available here as well.

 

CEUs: You can login with your first and last name or your confirmation number and print your CEUs.  The link for the CEU access is https://www2.cmrreg.com/ahca12ceu. The link will remain active for one year. If you have issues with your CEUs, please complete the CEU Change Request Form from the link and submit the change.
