In this lively and informative Keynote address, Dr. Pomeranz details how active treatment should be delivered to allow individuals with significant cognitive, physical and/or behavioral challenges to participate in all aspects of life, thereby having meaningful experiences. The maxim that “without a presence, there is no future” serves as the foundation for this session.
