Registration & Cancellations

Registration General

AASL does not accept telephone registrations. If you have questions regarding registration contact customer service at aasl@ala.org or 800-545-2433 x 4382.

Cancellations

Written cancellation of conference, preconference, tour and meal fucntion registration must be recieved by October 12, 2017. AASL will not issue any refunds after October 12, 2017, and does not accept phone cancellations.

Refunds, minus a $50 cancellation fee, will be processed 4-6 weeks from date of cancellation request. Ticketed events cancelled prior to October 12, 2017. will not be assessed a fee provided conference registration is retained.

AASL reserves the right to cancel any part of the National Conference if there is insufficient registration or for other reasons,

Neither ALA nor AASL are responsible for cancellation charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies or other losses incurred dur to cancellation of programs.  Please send all cancellation correspondence to AASL at aaslnational@ala.org or mail to American Association of School Librarians, 50 E. On-Site Registration

Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday: 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Housing

AASL does not accept telephone housing reservations. For questions about housing, attendees should contact OnPeak. the AASL housing service provider, at: aasl@onpeak.co or (800) 395-0783.

PLEASE NOTE: onPeak is the only official housing company association with the AASL National Conference & Exhibition. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing, they are not endorsed or affiliated with the show and entering into financial agreements with such companies may have costly consequences. If you are contacted by another hotel reseller, please alert AASL by emailing aaslnational@ala.org.
