Hosted Buyer's Program: Attendees
NEW this year, a select number of qualifying Annual Conference attendees and exhibitors will participate in the Hosted Buyer's Program. Attendee participants will be matched based on purchasing needs to relevant industry supplier representatives for one-on-one appointments during the conference.
Participants accepted in the hosted program will receive two nights’ accommodations and complimentary conference registration for completing their minimum appointments and paying a fully refundable deposit.
Who should apply?
Any purchasing decision-maker for a practice is invited to apply for the buyer’s program, if a member of AAOE. Limited seats are available. Preference for the hosted program (see details below) will be given to candidates who qualify.
What is included in the Hosted Buyer’s Program?
Participants accepted in the Hosted Buyer Program will earn two nights’ accommodations and complimentary conference registration by completing their minimum appointments. Hosted buyers must pay a fully refundable deposit at the time of acceptance.
How to apply:
When the official application opens, AAOE will send an email invitation to members who meet initial criteria to participate. An application must be completed in order to be considered for the program. Accepted participants will be provided a special code to use when registering for the conference in order to receive the hosted buyer discount. Hosted buyers also must submit travel manifesto prior to confirmation of hotel accommodations.
